Zero Tolerance for Retaliation Policy

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy against retaliation toward any individual who, in good faith, raises a concern, submits a report, or participates in an investigation regarding a potential violation of applicable laws, the Code of Ethics, or the Company's internal policies.

Retaliation includes, but is not limited to, dismissal, demotion, threats, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, unjustified changes to job duties, or any other adverse action taken as a result of exercising these rights.

Any allegation of retaliation will be treated confidentially and investigated in an objective and impartial manner. Any individual found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
