The Canada Post Disclosure of Wrongdoings Portal is a confidential reporting channel managed by Deloitte on behalf of Canada Post.
Canada Post has established this third-party, confidential reporting system so that Canada Post employees can report serious wrongdoings in the workplace without fear of reprisal.
If the concern(s) you want to raise is(are) regarding harassment and violence in the workplace, those should be addressed through the Workplace Harassment, Violence and Discrimination Prevention Policy. Please visit The Policy and Practice Centre on Intrapost for more details.
In exceptional circumstances, it may be appropriate to submit a report under this Policy regarding harassment and/or discrimination in the workplace where there is a pattern of failure to address these issues and the Employee is making a report on behalf of other Employees.
When you submit information through this portal, Deloitte will send it to the Canada Post Compliance group respecting strict confidentiality guidelines.
Disclosure Reports can only be accessed by the Canada Post Compliance group and those users authorized by the Compliance group.
If you believe that a wrongdoing has taken place, it is important that you bring the matter in good faith to the attention of your team leader or your Human Resources representative prior to taking steps in using this disclosure platform. We understand this can be challenging at times, but the Disclosure of Wrongdoing program does not supersede existing processes.
Personal grievances or individual complaints (e.g., unfair supervision, pay, or performance management) should be reported to the appropriate resource through Canada Post’s other processes and policies. If an active investigation has already begun through another channel, we encourage you to continue that process before submitting your concerns through this program.
When making your report, we encourage you to identify yourself and to include your contact information. Not only is your participation required in the investigation process to provide additional facts and information, but when you provide your identity, we know who you are and can protect you from reprisals.
THIS SERVICE IS FOR ACTIVE EMPLOYEES ONLY. IF YOU ARE NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF CANADA POST and have witnessed unacceptable behaviours or levels of service, please contact Canada Post Customer Service here: Customer Service.
